A - Reservation Services

Restaurant Reservations
W3 Reservation enhances the restaurant booking experience through its specialized W3 Reservation Sites, allowing users to secure dining reservations or join waitlists at affiliated restaurants (hereinafter referred to as "Restaurants"). When users submit an online request for a reservation or to join a waitlist via the W3 Reservation Sites, W3 Reservation integrates with the Restaurant's digital reservation and waitlist management systems, as applicable. The availability of reservations, estimated wait times, and waitlist positions are determined at the time of the user's inquiry, based on the information provided by the Restaurant. Upon the successful submission of a reservation or waitlist request through the W3 Reservation Sites, users will receive confirmation of their reservation or waitlist status via email or other previously agreed-upon electronic communication methods. By utilizing the Reservation Services or Waitlist Services, users consent to receive confirmations and updates regarding their requests.

Cancelling  Policy
W3 Reservation is committed to providing outstanding service to both Users and Restaurants. To maintain this standard, Users are expected to cancel any reservations they are unable to fulfill at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations can be processed through the W3 Reservation website, by modifying your confirmation email, or by contacting the Restaurant directly.

Please be aware that some Restaurants may require a debit or credit card to confirm your reservation. If you choose to make a reservation at these establishments, it is necessary to provide valid card details. To verify the accuracy of the information submitted, we may perform a temporary authorization on your card at the time of entry. This authorization will typically be released within a few days once the information is confirmed to be correct.

Furthermore, it is essential to comply with the cancellation policy of the Restaurant, which will be communicated at the time of booking. W3 Reservation appreciates your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation experience.

3.Usage Guidelines.

The User acknowledges that the Reservation Services and Waitlist Services are exclusively designed to facilitate reservations and waitlist placements at participating Restaurants. The User agrees to honor these reservations and waitlist requests by arriving at the specified Restaurants on time and completing all meal orders, including payment. Furthermore, the User commits to making no more than one reservation or joining one waitlist for personal use during any designated meal period (such as lunch or dinner). Administrative assistants and concierges may be permitted to make multiple reservations through W3 Reservation’s dedicated programs, provided they comply with the applicable terms and conditions. Any resale or attempted resale of reservations or waitlist positions is strictly prohibited and may result in consequences, including the cancellation of reservations, removal from waitlists, or termination of access to the Services.
